All sizes of each product is in US sizing. If you're unsure what size you would be, we have attached a size chart to each product.

Mens and Womens sizing are NOT the same. There is a 1.5 size difference between Mens and Womens sneakers. We've included the equivalent sizing conversion on all products where applicable.

International shipping is currently only available to New Zealand.

You can expect your delivery within 1-4 business days from ordering. 2-3 business days on average. All orders can be tracked through the tracking info sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

All orders within Australia and above $170 include free shipping. Shipping for orders under $170 within Australia are $9.95. Shipping to New Zealand is a flat $19.95 rate regardless of the order value.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges on all products. Customers can exchange for another size, another item or store credit.

You can exchange either by visiting our showroom in person, or online by reaching out to our customer service team. Online exchanges require drop-off to your local post office and a $20 fee for expenses involved.

Customers have 3 weeks from the date of arrival to process an exchange. Items must be unused with all original packaging.
