What size should I buy?

Is the sizing in US, UK or EU?

All our pairs are in US sizing.

How long does shipping take?

We offer FREE express shipping Australia wide. 1-4 Business days is the shipping time frame from ordering to reach your door. Public holidays and busy periods such as Christmas can cause slight delays.

How much does shipping cost?

FREE! All orders include free express shipping Australia wide!

How do i know when you get new stock in or restock?

Where are you located?

We are in Sydney! All orders are shipped out from our Sydney warehouse. Pickup is Available in Greenacre 2190 Sydney.

Are exchanges and refunds available?

We do allow Exchanges as long as the pair is in brand new unused condition as we sent it to you. We will not exchange if the item is used. You can exchange for another pair or size and recieve the difference back or you'll need to pay the difference. You can also choose store credit instead. We do not offer refunds unfortunately.

Are your products Legitamate/Authentic?

Yes! Each and everyone one of our products are hand inspected to ensure authenticity across all items!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
