Sizing
Which sizing origin do you use?
All sizes of each product is in US sizing. If you're unsure what size you would be, we have attached a size chart to each product.
How do I find my best footwear size?
We've attached a size guide to all our products to help you find the most accurate size possible. Certain models can fit a bit different to your standard fit, thus requiring you to increase/decrease your size.
If you have any doubts about the fit of an item, you can reach out to our team and we'll gladly advise you on which size would fit best.
Exchanges are available on all products for peace of mind.
Are Mens and Womens sizing the same?
Mens and Womens sizing are NOT the same. There is a 1.5 size difference between Mens and Womens sneakers. We've included the equivalent sizing conversion on all products where applicable.
Shipping/Delivery
Do you ship Overseas/Internationally?
International shipping is currently only available to New Zealand.
What shipping courier is used?
All orders are shipped through Australia Post.
How long does delivery take?
You can expect your delivery within 1-4 business days from ordering. 2-3 business days on average. All orders can be tracked through the tracking info sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders within Australia and above $170 including free shipping. Shipping for orders under $170 within Australia are $9.95. Shipping to New Zealand is a flat $19.95 rate regardless of the order value.
Is shipping to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers available?
Shipping to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers is available and done through Australia Post.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges on all products. Customers can exchange for another size, another item or store credit.
How do customers process an exchange?
Customers can make an exchange either by visiting our showroom an exchanging in person, or online by reaching out to our customer service team.
If processing an exchange online, customers will be required to drop off the return package to they're local post office as well as cover the $20 fee for the expenses involved.
How long do I have to exchange?
Customers have 3 weeks from the date of arrival to process an exchange.
What are the requirements to process an exchange?
To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be unused & with all the original packaging. (Tried on for less than a few mins indoor is fine.) That involves additional laces, tags, shoeboxes and any other accessories included.
Exchanges must also be processed within the 3 weeks exchange period.
