The best shoes by far

As a longer time suffer from plantar fasciitis these shoes have been instrumental to my full recovery I went from struggling to walk a few steps a day to running 20 km!

I've got orthotics and had the expensive and useless ultrasound guided cortisone injections. nothing worked. The secret was stop drinking energy drinks (I believe it was the sugar causing the inflammation) and wearing these shoes from the moment you get out of bed. It took a few months to come good as I had been in constant pain for 2 years. I was seeing improvements almost immediately the cushioning in these shoe is another level. Yes they are expensive but IIMO totally worth it I went from a cripple to being super active and typically do 26,000 steps a day pain free.
